diet ideas
- suck on a hard candy they are only like 20 calories, and help the cravings go away.
- fratatta
- cream of wheat
- oatmeal
- low cal bred can be really nice when you want to use bread.
- add beans to your nachos then you do not need as much cheese.
- chew gum when you have the munchies (if you can my jaw will not let me do that more then 30 minutes a day)
- eat slowly and you will fill more full.
- mashed potatoes made with cauliflower so yummy if you make it good enough you do not even need gravy!

The reason for this blog
I am a young mom who is learning a lot of things on how to make being domestic fun and easier. My hubby said I should share the things I am learning with others, so that is what this blog is for. Things that have helped me in being the mother of 4 kids. All the fun things I learn about my passion (cooking) and well any little thing I learn I will try to pass on to you. Feel free to share things you have learned in your comments, and ask questions I will try to find a answer.
