low cal bred can be really nice when you want to use bread.
add beans to your nachos then you do not need as much cheese.
chew gum when you have the munchies (if you can my jaw will not let me do that more then 30 minutes a day)
eat slowly and you will fill more full.
mashed potatoes made with cauliflower so yummy if you make it good enough you do not even need gravy!

I am thinking of getting into cloth diapers and making my own we will see how that goes.
I make nursing blankets I need to get some pictures so i can start selling them I charge $25 and they are great they are the hooder hider kind, but better.

The reason for this blog
I am a young mom who is learning a lot of things on how to make being domestic fun and easier. My hubby said I should share the things I am learning with others, so that is what this blog is for. Things that have helped me in being the mother of 4 kids. All the fun things I learn about my passion (cooking) and well any little thing I learn I will try to pass on to you.
